The General Headquarters is the apex executive body of the Organization. It consists of its Executive Committee, Departmental Secretaries, various Sub-committees such as SSPP Residential School Managing Committee,  SSPP Foundation Trust and Election Commission.

The General Headquarters is governed by the Standing Committee which acts as the primary supervisory body of the Organization. The Standing Committee is constituted with the following members: 23 representatives from its Life Members, the President with four other representatives from the General Headquarters, two representatives each from the Headquarters, Joint Headquarters, Blocks and Branches, two representatives from members of the previous term Standing Committee and two from the Ex-Presidents and/or Ex-General Secretaries.

The General Headquarters is situated at SSPP Complex, Siloam Veng, Bungmual, Churachandpur District, Manipur state.

Its headquarters are organizational structure established in places where it is found to be administratively strategic and convenient in view of its location where cluster of Blocks, Branches and Units exist. Presently the Organization has one headquarters in Mizoram.

Joint Headquarters are also established in locations such as Delhi, Shillong, Imphal and Lamka where it is deemed suitable according to its size of membership and location.

Blocks are established where a cluster of unit exist in close proximity and compact area. The units are affiliated to the block. Presently, the organization has eight (8) blocks viz.:

1. Singngat Block
2. Suangdoh Block
3. Lungthul Block
4. Tuivai Block
5. Sinzawl Block
6. Thanlon Block
7. Sangaikot Block, and
8. Sialkal Block.

A branch is established in places where it is deemed necessary considering its membership pattern and location within the Headquarters/Joint Headquarters. At present there are 20 branches of SSPP within Manipur and Mizoram.

Unit is the foundational organizational structure established in villages or localities where organization members are present. There are 47 functional units established in villages and localities where organization members reside.
